2. Subscriptions, Pricing & VAT

• VAT Exclusive Pricing: All subscription prices displayed across our website (Starter: £149/mo, Growth: £349/mo, Enterprise: £749/mo) are shown exclusive of UK VAT (`exc. VAT`). Applicable UK Value Added Tax will be added to invoices at the statutory rate where required.
• No Setup Fees: There are no one-off setup fees charged on standard Starter, Growth, or Enterprise plans.
• Monthly Billing: Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance and may be adjusted or cancelled with 30 days written notice.
• Yearly Billing Promotional Offer: Annual subscriptions are billed annually in advance based on the promotional offer of 10 monthly payments for 12 months of service (Starter: £1,490/yr, Growth: £3,490/yr, Enterprise: £7,490/yr exc. VAT). This provides an effective discount of 16.7% compared to 12 individual monthly payments. Promotional rates apply to active subscription terms as specified.

3. Acceptable Use & Client Content

You agree not to use BizzLoop platform services for unlawful activities, transmitting harmful code, or attempting unauthorized access to infrastructure. You retain full ownership of all customer and operational data uploaded to your BizzLoop workspace.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, BizzLoop Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, business disruption, or loss of profits arising out of platform usage. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
